An Opportunity Like No Other!
The DeKalb County Prairie Runners (DCPR) organization is an Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) affiliated cross country track and field club. Athletes will be competing at AAU (youth) sanctioned cross country meets and track and field meets, as well as local invitational meets sponsored by other area clubs.
DCPR started in 2012 as a cross country club. An indoor season was added that winter. In summer of 2013, DCPR took over running the longstanding USATF Huskie Track Club, one of the oldest USATF clubs in Illinois.
Our club continues to grow and improve. Join us and be part of something great!

Where do we train?
Training will take place in DeKalb and Sycamore. During cross country, there will be various places of training including parks and cross country courses. Practice for indoor and outdoor track seasons will be held at indoor and outdoor tracks.
